Supports different encryptions: Viaccess ; Seca ; Irdeto ; Conax
Follow ISO 7816 standard,support TO ,T1 and other user define protocols
CMU with 16K/64K/128K byte flash ,at least 1K byte eeprom
Software update by phoenix or other programmer
Low power consumption,less than 30Am
In PCB Loop antenna or SMA antenna
Operating voltages ,3.3—5.5V
Working Mode
If insert a original smart card into smart card splitter,this smart card splitter act as a master card.otherwise it act as a
slave card
Master card :
_ Receive date from receiver,send data to original smart card,receive data from original smart card,send data to
receiver
_ Receive data from radio translator,send data to original smart card,receiver data from original smart card,send
data to slave card via radio translator
Slave card :
_ Receive data from receiver,send data to master card via radio translator,receiver data from master card via radio
ranslator,send data to receiver
Smart card Interface
Smart card splitter has tow smart card interfaces,one connect to host smart reader,one connect to original smart card

Radio translator is a low power consumption translator

LPT(parallel port)update fireware ,need do follow:
1. startup cardEdit
2. select flash file(firmware)
3. assigned a card ID,( a set of smartcard splitter use one card id )
4. set a freq,use 439MHz
5. select “LPT”
6. Connect smartcard splitter to PC (parallel )
7. click “ update “
8. connect another smartcard splitter to PC ,repeat step 6 and 7
Setting
1. insert original smart card into master card
2. insert master card into one receiver (STB )
3. insert slave cards into receivers
